Do you handle the HOA approval?
Yes. We put the drawings together and take them through your HOA, so the approval is part of the job rather than something you chase on your own.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
On qualifying projects we cover patio workmanship for 10 years, paint for 3 years and fencing workmanship for 1 year. Ask which of those applies to your job when we quote it.
